İşbu Ön Bilgilendirme Formu, ALICI'nın www.lysantdesign.com internet sitesi üzerinden elektronik ortamda sipariş vermeden önce, 6502 Sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği kapsamında bilgilendirilmesi amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.
3. ÜRÜN VE FİYAT BİLGİLERİ
Ürünün temel nitelikleri, satış fiyatı, vergiler dahil toplam tutarı, varsa kargo bedeli ve ödeme bilgileri sipariş özeti ekranında açıkça gösterilmektedir.
ALICI, siparişini tamamlamadan önce ürünün özelliklerini, fiyatını ve teslimat koşullarını inceleme imkanına sahiptir.
4. ÖDEME VE TESLİMAT
Sipariş bedeli, ALICI tarafından seçilen ödeme yöntemi ile tahsil edilir.
Siparişler ödeme onayının alınmasının ardından işleme alınır.
Teslimat süreleri teslimat adresine göre değişiklik gösterebilir. Güncel teslimat süreleri ve kargo bilgileri www.lysantdesign.com internet sitesindeki Kargo Politikası sayfasında yer almaktadır.
Olağanüstü durumlar, mücbir sebepler veya gümrük işlemlerinden kaynaklanan gecikmelerden dolayı teslimat süresi uzayabilir.
5. CAYMA HAKKI
ALICI, ürünü teslim aldığı tarihten itibaren 14 (ondört) gün içerisinde herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin ve cezai şart ödemeksizin cayma hakkına sahiptir.
Cayma hakkının kullanılabilmesi için bu süre içerisinde info@lysantdesign.com adresine yazılı bildirim yapılması
gerekmektedir.
6. CAYMA HAKKININ KULLANILAMADIĞI HALLER
ALICI'nın talebi doğrultusunda kişiye özel üretilen ürünler, hijyen nedeniyle iadesi uygun olmayan ürünler, kullanılmış veya yeniden satışa uygun olmayan ürünler için cayma hakkı kullanılamaz.

7. UYUŞMAZLIKLARIN ÇÖZÜMÜ
İşbu işlemden doğabilecek uyuşmazlıklarda, T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığı tarafından her yıl belirlenen parasal sınırlar dahilinde Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
8. ONAY
ALICI, siparişini tamamlayarak işbu Ön Bilgilendirme Formu'nda yer alan tüm bilgileri okuduğunu, anladığını ve elektronik ortamda kabul ettiğini beyan eder.

2. SUBJECT
This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared to inform the BUYER before placing an order electronically through https://www.lysantdesign.com in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
3. PRODUCT AND PRICING INFORMATION
The essential characteristics of the product(s), sales price, total amount including applicable taxes, shipping costs (if any), and payment details are clearly displayed on the order summary page before the order is completed.
The BUYER has the opportunity to review the product specifications, pricing, and delivery conditions before confirming the order.
4. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
The order amount shall be collected through the payment method selected by the BUYER.
Orders are processed after payment confirmation has been received.
Orders shall be delivered within the legally prescribed period. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination address, shipping carrier, customs procedures, and other factors beyond the SELLER’s control. Current shipping and delivery information is available on the Shipping Policy page at https://www.lysantdesign.com.
Delivery times may be extended due to force majeure events, customs inspections, or other extraordinary circumstances.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing via e-mail at info@lysantdesign.comwithin the withdrawal period.
6. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are custom-made according to the BUYER’s specifications, personalized products, products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, products that have been used, or products that are no longer suitable for resale.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from this transaction shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts authorized under the applicable laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
8. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By completing the order, the BUYER acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all information contained in this Preliminary Information Form electronically before placing the order.
