Our products are made of 925 sterling silver or 18 carat gold material according to your request.
The silver setting used in jewelry and jewelry making is 925. This setting is called ‘Sterling Silver’ and consists of 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper or zinc.
There are a few points to consider when using silver jewelry. If you pay attention to the cleanliness of your products and keep them away from various chemicals such as shampoo, perfume even water etc. a healthier use will be achieved and the life of your product will be quite long.
Your jewelry should not be left in damp and wet places. Silver jewelry left in such an environment oxidizes and thus tarnish may occur. In addition, chemicals containing substances such as perfume, pool water and cosmetic products should be kept away. You can store the products you purchased from Lysant in the boxes sent with your order, with the lids closed.
If you keep it away from chemicals such as perfume, deodorant and lotion, you will ensure longer-term use.
Do not store in damp or wet places.
Take the products out to the sea and the pool.
Remember, real silver darkens after a while and the process of restoring it to its original state is very simple and inexpensive.
For customer-related problems, we have our technicians repair them for a small fee. If the problem is caused by us, we repair it and send it back to you, our valued customers, without charging any fee.
Maintenance of silver is very easy and cost-free. When it gets dark, you can return it to its original state with very simple operations and this process is very low-cost.
Yes, all our products are produced by hand in the Istanbul Grand Bazaar.
Yes, we make personalized color changes and processes on diamonds, precious stones, zircons and products upon request. This process may optionally take up to 10 days.
In our gold category, our products are 18 carat pure gold. This is the same for white gold.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE
National shipping is free on all our products. Gold products are sent to our valued customers by VIP couriers.
Unfortunately, we cannot return our solid gold products because they are personalized, but we can make all kinds of exchanges and repairs. As the Lysant family, the wishes of our valued customers are always our priority.
